Ltd. **Location:** Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh **Job Type:** Full-time, On-site Job Summary We are looking for an **AI/ML & Robotics Software Developer** who enjoys working at the intersection of **hardware and software**. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of robotics, microcontrollers, electronics, sensors, motors, programming, and hardware-software integration. You should be comfortable building prototypes, testing circuits, debugging hardware, and converting ideas into working systems. **Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.** We value hands-on skills, problem-solving ability, and practical project experience more than degrees or years of experience. Key Responsibilities * Design, build, and test robotics and automation prototypes. * Work with microcontrollers such as **Arduino, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi**, and similar platforms. * Integrate sensors, motors, actuators, electronic components, and communication modules. * Develop software/firmware for hardware-based applications. * Perform circuit building, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. * Integrate hardware components with software and AI/ML systems. * Develop proof-of-concept prototypes from initial ideas. * Identify and resolve hardware, software, and integration issues. * Work on robotics, automation, computer vision, or autonomous-system projects. * Document prototypes, testing processes, and technical solutions. * Collaborate with the team to improve the performance and reliability of prototypes. Required Skills * Hands-on experience with **Arduino, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi**, or similar microcontrollers. * Good understanding of **electronics, circuits, sensors, motors, and actuators**. * Experience with hardware-software integration. * Ability to build and troubleshoot electronic circuits. * Basic knowledge of **embedded programming and debugging**. * Programming knowledge in one or more languages such as **Python, C, or C++**. * Ability to read basic circuit diagrams and understand electronic components. * Practical experience with robotics or automation projects. * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to independently build and test working prototypes.
